Cancellation Policy

We are sorry to inform you that we cannot proceed with any refund once a deposit payment is made to secure a booking.

We know plans can change, and we will be delighted to assist in rescheduling your table within 60 days after the original booking date.

Please note that your deposit is secured through a third-party company, Stripe. In case of a refund, Stripe will charge you 5% of your deposit as a processing fee. The restaurant will not be able to support this charge in your stead.

In case of no show, or cancellation made within 24 hours prior to the booking day, any payment will be forfeit.

Any reduction of party size made on the day, the deposit per guest will also be forfeit and cannot be deducted from the end bill.
